✅ Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

2. Returns / Replacements

Since the products sold are books, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item received

  • Item missing from order

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and the damaged/wrong item

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/refunds for:
